You want to introduce a change and improvement initiative into your organisation. You may know how to do this or you may not or you may need some additional help and expertise to accomplish your aim.

PRISM’s prime area of expertise lies in the fields of Lean Systems Thinking and Methods for Process Improvement underpinned by a deep and long-lasting commitment to Deming’s philosophy. Although we would suggest the PRISM Improvement Experience course as a central resource in your improvement initiative you will find that we will encourage you to consider having the course and other training and consultancy resources tailored to your specific needs within your own organisational environment.
