Although most of our courses are run in-company as a central element in a client's Process Improvement transformation initiative, we have run the course in its generic three-day format as a public open event. This has a number of advantages for organisations who are contemplating starting such an initiative. Among these advantages are:
- One or more key members of staff can attend the event to evaluate its potential for use in-house.
- Small companies who have neither the resource or staff numbers to organise in-company training can import the expertise this way.
- Subsequently to the public event we can discuss how the course may be adapted to make it even more effective when it is run in-house.
Rather than announcing dates we have decided to establish demand first. We plan to run a public PRISM Improvement Experience course during the Autumn. Semi-public Course Hosting
Another alternative is where an organisation would like to act as host to a semi-public course. This allows the host organisation to have several members of staff attend the course on the host's site at lower cost providing the host organisation is willing to allow other people to attend the course as well. Again, please get in touch to discuss this alternative.
