  5. Application of the methods to your own processes
    This is done either by one of our consultants showing you how to apply the Lean methods or – and this is our preference – by training and facilitating your own internal experts to conduct such a project.


  6. Building your own capability – Skills Transfer
    It has always been a core PRISM principle to “help the clients to help themselves”. Because of this we encourage you to develop your own experts facilitated by PRISM. We have a number of mechanisms for achieving this and we develop a programme jointly with you which may include the following:

    • The PRISM Coach development programme.
    • PRISM Improvement Experience course licensing programme.
